4.4 Your bet5 account is personal to you and may not be transferred to, shared with, or used by any other individual. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs within your account.

7.1 Withdrawal requests are available to players whose accounts have been fully verified through the KYC process. bet5 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal.
7.2 Standard withdrawal requests from verified accounts in good standing are processed within one business day. bet5 does not apply unnecessary holds to withdrawal requests where the player has met all applicable verification and wagering requirements.
7.3 Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that is registered in the player's name and that matches the payment method used for deposits where technically possible. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

9.4 In-Play Betting. In-play betting markets on the bet5 platform, including PSL cricket in-play markets, may be suspended at any time. bet5 is not liable for any failure to place or amend a bet that occurs during a market suspension period.
9.5 Cricket & PSL Markets. PSL betting markets are governed by the official PSL match regulations. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in overs, or otherwise modified from its scheduled format, bet5 will apply the rules stated in the cricket betting guidelines to determine settlement outcomes.
9.6 All settled bets are considered final. Queries regarding bet settlement must be submitted to bet5 customer support within seven (7) days of the event result being confirmed.
